Sinhagad Trek
Sinhagad is a hill fortress near Pune which serves as the perfect picturesque picnic spot. The views are not ones to be missed, particularly at the times of day when the sun likes to play. It is of moderate difficulty and duration could be up to 2 days. The altitude is around 430 feet above sea level.
Valley of Flowers Trek
Situated in Uttarakhand, the Valley of Flowers trek to a beautiful valley surrounded by hills is a must visit in monsoon because all the flowers that are regularly serene and scented seem to liven up in this season and the experience will leave you fragrant and fulfilled. It is an easy trek even at the altitude of 15,200 feet above sea level.
Mullayanagiri Trek
Mullayankiri is one of the best places to be during the monsoon in the Western Ghats. The highest level of this trek takes you to Chikmagalur and it is about 4,340 feet. A lot of different bird species will keep you company through the trail. The difficulty level is moderate and it is for 2 days.
Bhrigu Lake Trek
In Himachal Pradesh, the Bhrigu lake shows up to be a beautiful striking blue in the monsoon with petrichor all around wafting to you. It is fully fresh and green. It is situated in Rohtang Pass where there is almost no artificial intervention. The trek is easy and goes on for about 3 days. The altitude is around 14,000 feet above sea level.
Torna Fort Trek

Hampta Pass Trek

The duration of this trek could be early and it is of moderate difficulty level. The best time to visit is around June to September. It is located in Himachal Pradesh and is about 14,000 feet high.
Pin Parvati Trek
The Pin Parvati provides a different trail to the Spiti Valley. Being one of the oldest treks in the Himalayas, it is also known as the ‘Valley of Gods’. The valley offers breathtaking views to the trekkers. Monsoon Season is the best to visit this valley because of the cool waters flowing through, lush greenery blanketing the ground and birds. The duration is of 11 days and it is difficult to do. The altitude is 7,500 feet.
Dzongri Trek
The Dzongro trek is one of the best treks to go on in Sikkim owing to the scenic views on the trail. The difficulty level is moderate and the trek goes on for 9 days. The altitude is 13,780 feet above sea level. It offers a view of the Kanchenjunga mountain.
Andharban Trek
The Andharban trek near Pimpri, Maharashtra is also known as the Dark Forest. You can see dense forests laden with lush grass and flowers in full bloom. It is a one day trek from Lonavala and is at about 2000 feet above sea level.
Dayara Bugyal Trek
The Dayara Bugyal trek is one of the easiest treks, thus easy for beginners and is located in Uttarakhand. It is 9 km long and goes on for about 8 days. The rain makes the whole landscape come alive in shades of green that one cannot stop gazing over. The final destination is the Dayara meadow which is elevated in terms of views during monsoon.
