The key is finding ways to balance out those breaks with other tasks throughout the day and ensuring they are spaced out so as not to completely grind down your concentration levels after relatively short intervals (such as mid-afternoon). This will ensure that you have enough energy left over for an extended period of uninterrupted study so as not to miss any important deadlines another day.

Distractions are a kryptonite for productivity. It’s not that we don’t have time to study. Once again, the situation is far from ideal. But there are a lot of factors that contribute to our studies being incomplete.

Let’s start with the most obvious one: distraction. It’s not uncommon to study while eating, drinking or sleeping, never mind reading in bed or with your girlfriend on the couch. As a result, you end up falling asleep before you start studying, which leads to more distractions and less concentration. The next thing that you need to consider is how much time you spend in an average day on studying. If the answer is zero hours, then it can be said that you are wasting your precious time in studying and wasting your hard-earned money on useless courses; or courses that will only benefit you after several years of getting used to them (which means it will be too late). If you answered between zero and four hours; then it could also be said that your studies are not fulfilling enough for a full-time student. (it would have been better if they were conducted at least in the evenings).

A good solution? Find out how much time each subject takes up in terms of minutes per hour; — then spend accordingly and get as much done as possible in one hour (or less). This way, even if you aren’t able to finish a book in one sitting. At least your concentration level will stay high throughout the night; since you can focus on other things during those extra minutes (such as the homework).

The most important thing? Don’t let distractions take over completely — study for hours without interruption and let your mind wander wherever it wants!
